Her work spans high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies across high-risk industrial sectors such as mining, manufacturing, utilities, and infrastructure, where she guides organizations through AI enablement: building governance frameworks, running pilots to scale, coaching teams through adoption, and developing internal AI champions who can sustain the work. 

Arianna is a founding member of the ASSP AI Task Force and serves as the AI Subject Matter Expert for the emerging ASSP AI Standards-Based User Group (SBUG), shaping practical governance frameworks for AI in safety. Arianna is a recognized voice and delivers expert leadership and capability sessions for EHS professionals at industry conferences, events and webinars on EHS systems, data, and AI, and technology adoption and sustainment.
